Dr. Carlos Oliva, in 1996. Starting off as a solo
practitioner he soon was overwhelmed by
the amount of patients that followed his
charismatic and excellent medical treatment
plans. As time went by he decided to add providers
to his practice and evolved into a great medical
corporation known as Vista Family Health
Center, INC.

Dr. Carlos Oliva always had a vision in assisting
the underserved communities. Today Vista
Family Health Center, INC. accepts programs
such as CHDP, Family PACT, BCDP allowing for
greater access to medial care. Vista Family
Health center, Inc. also has some of the lowest
prices for family medicine, treatments and
medications.

To further grow with the times Dr. Carlos Oliva
decided to incorporate Aesthetic Medicine.
Vista Family Practice INC., has now incorporated

Facials, and an extensive line of medical grade
